Host Joff Elphick is a gardener in The Cotswolds, England and has worked in several large gardens including Le Manoir aux quat'saisons, Barnsley House, as head-gardener on a private estate, and also in the gardens of a cookery school. He had an office job in the gardens department of The National Trust and now looks after several gardens in Gloucestershire.
